Location:    Carson City Community Center. Bonanza Room.

Time:         6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Maximum Number Of Players:     18.

Guest Players:                            3 Guest Players Allowed.

What's Needed:     Player Photo ID Cards.

• USYSA Teams must have an official USYSA roster. (Golden Rod) 

• USYSA Players passes and USYSAcoach pass. 

• Current USYSA registration form (medical release) signed by a parent of guardian. 

• USYSA out of state teams must have approved travel roster and travel application signed by their state official. 

• AYSO teams must have approved roster by the proper regional official. 

• AYSO player pass for each player. 

• AYSO medical release signed by parent or guardian.
